The Challenge of CIOs
A conference centred around the IT industry in Quebec will be held on June 10th and 11th of this year. This is the perfect opportunity to expand upon themes such as the development of technology, the business world, and IT investment meanwhile enjoying a show or playing a round of golf.
In the digital age, information technology has inevitably started evolving exponentially. Quebec is in the heart of this transformation and it counts on staying there! It is for this reason that all of the big names on the IT scene are coming to visit Montreal to share their knowledge in order for you to learn of the latest developments in the industry. Among the speakers are Maurice Bergeron (organizational coach), Louis Côté (Université de Sherbrooke), Benoit de Grâce (PMI Montréal), Lars Goransson (IDC Canada), Nathalie Gosselin (CRIM), Prasad Raje (Oracle), and François Banville (Gartner).
The themes that will be covered at the conference are similar to some of the greatest challenges of businesses in the industry. The particular themes will be innovation, risk management, IT solutions, the role of the CIO, and the future of the industry. There will be plenty of opportunity for discussions and any questions you may have.
Jean-François Thériault, the current vice-president if IT at Alcools du Québec will be the Honourable President at the event and there will be group discussions, conferences, networking events, a golf tournament, as well as a show by Sugar Sammy.
